Our OD-Tools's Psychometric Assessment Trait-Map findings in Malaysia showed that about 70% of key employees experience negative emotion, lack confidence, not methodological, indifference about dateline, lacking in self-motivation, weak in problem solving and decision making, not skillful in communication and lack willingness to learn adapt new skills. Each Participant will be required to do an on-line OD-Tools's Psychometric Trait-Map Assessment and results ( 3 samples are highlighted here ) will be forward to participant for him/ her to understand, aware and strive to enhance their competence. The participant's company ( if service is procured by company ) will get a Competence and Personal Profile of the participant.
